Providers

Each provider is entered only once into the system, and is then assigned to each patient they care for. It is not necessary to re-enter provider information for each patient. Providers are classified by Type, and new Types can be added as needed. Each patient may be assigned a pediatrician, monitor company, and a 'Referred-by' provider. Additional providers are grouped as 'Other Providers.' There is no limit to the number of other providers that may be assigned to a patient.
