Patient Registration & History

The Patient Registration screen records historical information about the patient, their family, birth, and hospital discharge. AIM also keeps track of the patient's pediatrician and other providers, insurance coverage, and pharmacy.In addition, the patient's age and adjusted age are calculated. Key information is available at a glance, and secondary or detailed information is available at the touch of a button.
