Clinic Visits
The Clinic function schedules appointments and records
results of clinic visits. The Daily Appointments screen displays a calendar
on the left, and the selected day's appointments on the right. The Overview
button displays appointments for the month at a glance, and Print creates
a hardcopy of the daily appointments. Selecting a patient and pressing
Edit or View produces the Scheduled Appointments
Screen.
The Scheduled Appointments Screen allows you to make appointments in the upper part of the screen and record results from the exam in the lower part of the screen.
The Insurance Referral Tracking tells youhow many visits are available from an existing referral and when a referral is required..
