Scheduled Appointments

The Scheduled Appointments screen allows you to make appointments in the upper part of the screen and record results from the exam in the lower part of the screen. Press the Medications button to see the prescribed medications in use as of the clinic date. This information is added through the Prescriptions feature of AIM.

Track clinic attendance by selecting Show, No Show, or Cancel. Record exam results such as Physical and Developmental Abnormalities, Immunizations, Illnesses, Diagnoses and Recommendations. Check off key information and enter height, weight, and head circumference measurements. Add notes as required for other information.
